COVID-19 Vaccines and Boosters

We offer the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and booster in our office. The Moderna vaccine and booster are approved for individuals age 18 and older. We strongly recommend that all patients receive the COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccines. Please contact our office at (256) 586-4127 to schedule a vaccine appointment. If you believe you have COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19, or if you have any of the following symptoms, please contact us:

• Cough

• Congestion and/or drainage

• Fever of 100 or higher

• Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

• Rash

• Headache

• Fatigue

To visit our office for COVID testing or for a potential exposure, please call before arriving at (256) 586-4127. 

• Patients must wear a face mask fully covering the mouth and nose at all times in our clinic. Patients who arrive without a face mask will be provided one before entering the building.

• We will provide you with specific directions to enter and exit our office separately to minimize exposure to other patients.

• We have two negative-pressure venilated rooms for patients suspected of having COVID-19. 

• We have installed a UV light sanitization system in our HVAC system for your protection. 

COVID-19 Testing

We offer testing for COVID-19 including PCR and antibody tests. Results are usually available the following day. Please note, we do not offer rapid tests. To schedule a COVID-19 test, please call our office at (256) 586-4127. 

COVID-19 Treatment

We can arrange monoclonal antibody IV infusions for high-risk patients who have a confirmed case of COVID-19. Please call our office to see if you qualify for this treatment option if you have been tested at another facility.
